Per richiedere un nuovo passaporto, è necessario fissare un appuntamento, tramite il modulo elettronico sotto questo avviso.
Per il ritiro dei passaporti pronti, le persone avvisate possono venire al consolato tutti giorni lavorativi dalle ore 09.00 alle ore 13.00, senza fissare un appuntamento.
È obbligatorio invece fissare un appuntamento per tutte le altre attività consolari (ad eccezione del rilascio dei lasciapassare) tramite il modulo elettronico presente su questo sito.
Per poter accedere al Consolato Generale è necessario indossare una maschera protettiva.
